Hey loves! I'm still on maternity leave, but wanted to pop in real quick to send you some holiday cheer. I've missed you!
The task of creating holiday cards with a newborn was daunting, to say the least. But I was determined to make it happen for Bowie's first Christmas. And since we didn't send out birth announcements, these do double duty. We chose the Elm & Gray design from Tiny Prints. They're always a dream to work with, making the process as smooth as possible by printing our recipient addresses and providing personalized postage. It doesn't get much easier than that.
We got some matching long john onesies, with Bowie's name stitched on his bum, and set up the tripod at a local Christmas tree farm. Of course, it was pouring outside and the photoshoot almost didn't happen due to a catastrophic diaper explosion on Santa's lap earlier in the day, ruining his cute little outfit. Bowie was amazingly chill, despite the chaos. Torrential rains and powerful poos can't stop us!
Have a merry and magical holiday season, my friends. I hope to be back to blogging on the regular in the very near future - I have so much to tell you about life these days. As soon as I can get our little Bo to actually sleep in his crib for longer than 5 minutes!
Sending you much love....
P.S. See our past holiday cards here - 2014, 2013, 2012, 2010 and 2009.
