Meg certainly has the right idea here. Dinner with a 360 degree view. Just round up your best buds, ask them to bring an appetizer, pack a pitcher of sangria, and drive out to the middle of nowhere!
A vintage travel trailer would be nice for photos, but not a necessity. Oh and a rainbow wouldn't hurt either. Have you ever done something like this?
