I made this pasta last weekend, with roasted brussels sprouts, apples from my parents' tree, and gorgonzola. It was delectable. However, I couldn't get Hal to go anywhere near it. He dislikes brussels sprouts with a passion. I even doctored them up with extra garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
For my fellow brussels-lovers, how do you get a picky eater to try them? I wonder if grinding them into a pesto is the answer...
