It took me over a year to figure out if the vintage Polaroid land camera I picked up at the thrift store was in working condition. But I finally hunted down the proper battery and film and I happy to say... it works! Thankfully, it came with the original user guide. To take just one image, there are multiple levers to tweak, tabs to pull, and seconds to count. It's complicated and fascinating.
At the wedding, we're planning to take a Polaroid of each guest as they arrive and check in. What we're going to do with the photos is still unknown. But how fantastic would a huge wall collage be? Of the sweet faces of our favorite people in the world.
