On Sunday, Hal and I took a quick break from wedding projects to hit up The Saint, Seattle's new Mexican restaurant & tequila bar. To wet our appetites for the honeymoon, of course. I had rajas con crema tacos. They were nummy num.
I'm fairly certain I could eat Mexican food every day of my life. When you think about it, the same 7 ingredients are used in every dish, just in different combinations... a revelation that came to me during a late night Taco Bell run in college. And it's so simple to set up a fiesta bar, as Camille shows us for The Cooking Channel. We're actually doing something similar for our rehearsal dinner.
