I'm not sure why the Smith Point Lighthouse is still for sale. If I lived anywhere near Maryland or Virginia, I'd be packing up my things and moving right in. Literal 360 degree views! Granted, you'd have to trade in your car for a boat, but I've been wanting to do that anyway. Would you ever live in a lighthouse?
