My bed still doesn't have a headboard. Our bedroom is in the attic with dark wood walls and white floors and I'm actually enjoying the simple Scandinavian cabin vibe.
But I do like this idea of using pillows as a headboard. It would be extremely easy to recreate, it still keeps things minimalistic, and there would be no more need to prop up pillows for bedtime reading!
