These images of little Donald Saboe Jr., the 1955 Pogo Champion, take me back to grade school. I wanted a pogo ball so badly, but instead my dad brought home an old garage sale pogo stick. It was not as cool back then, but 10x more cool now. I remember spending hours on that thing. Counting each bounce to break my own personal record. My parents were very impressed. At least they acted like they were. Now I'm inspired to dig that thing out of their shed.
