With all the fabulous Jazz-Age Lawn Party photos circulating the web, I got inspired to watch The Great Gatsby this weekend. I read the book in high school, but realized I never saw the film. So we rented Coppola's 1974 version with dreamy Robert Redford and doe-eyed Mia Farrow. It was perfect.
Now I'm fully prepared for the new Baz Luhrmann version coming out with Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan. Are you as excited as I am?
