Speaking boyfriends and birthdays, it's Hal's big day today! I woke up extra early, brought him some ableskiver (danish pancakes) in bed, and serenaded him with a happy birthday rendition similar to this one. But worse, since it was 6 am. Now I'm signing off to treat him to some Korean BBQ!
