Happy New Year, my dears! How did you celebrate? Unlike last year, we had a very mellow evening just the two of us (3 including Bailey), with take-out Chinese, bossa nova, and a bottle of champagne. It was divine.
And news on the little cottage? We got screwed. Remember how I asked the landlady if we could start mid-January? She never called us back with an answer! I left her a few messages over the weekend. Not a peep. Seriously, who ARE these people? Guess it wasn't in the cards.
So 2011 won't start off with a move. But that's fine by me. Have I mentioned how much I hate moving? And we are in no rush. We will wait for the perfect place to pop up. With a much larger bathroom :)
