A Hair Knot

I really wish my hair would stay in a knot like this. I'm constantly losing hair bands and it looks so effortlessly chic. I have fine slick hair and unless I coat my head with 10 layers of hairpray, the knot wouldn't last beyond a few seconds. If you'd like to try this look yourslf, here are instructions. Russian Bomb Fireplaces

I'm trying really hard not to say, these fireplaces are the bomb, but it can't be helped! ;) Mati Karmin makes furniture out of old deep-sea Soviet mine shells and I am so impressed. Wouldn't they look great in a mid-century modern home?
