We finally got some heat here in Seattle. It's 95 today! So naturally I'm craving ice cream. And not just any ordinary ice cream. Gourmet never-thought-of-before flavors for adults only.
Like this Avocado Blackberry ice cream pictured. Or how about some Lavender Ricotta? Thai Basil? Goat Cheese? Or...Olive Oil?
Hal has been bugging me to get an ice cream maker. And I think it might be time :)
