It's so hard to find time to cook on the weeknights. Hal and I both love to create meals together... as long as one person is designated sous chef! So I've been wanting to implement Sunday dinners, where we make a fresh gourmet dinner large enough to have leftovers for lunch the following week. I think I've found my first recipe!
