When I was in Portland last weekend, I got to witness the food cart movement in full effect. Little trucks and trailers took over entire parking lots, giving people endless and exotic options for lunch.
Which is why I'm fascinated by Jill Munro's clever idea. She utilized the food card concept and turned a travel trailer into her own mobile shop, Lune Vintage, in Winnipeg, Canada. She brings the goods to you! Wish I could see it in person.
