I received the best little gift in the mail the other day. I had no idea what it could be. What did I order from Amazon? Did they mess up and send me someone else's package? No. My darling friend, Tiffany, sent me The Cheese Lover's Companion, just because she loves me. And knows me too well. She and I both share a obsessive passion for cheese. She's the beauty standing next to me here.
I'm so eager to dig into this book. I plan on taking it with me to a fancy fromage shop and knowledgeably ordering a sampling of cheeses I've never heard of...Pelardon, Sapsago and Chaource, please. Thank you again my sweet T. Cheese and friends forever!
