I love designer furniture like the next girl. But my pockets aren't deep and thus the majority of my furniture comes from Craig and his List.
Hal used to run the Museum of Contemporary Art shop in Santa Monica, where they sold a certain Nelson Propeller Lamp. Before he left, this was his going away gift to himself. It's been sitting in storage all this time and we finally brought it back during our last trip south.
Now I'm a proud Nelson owner! And I must say, it feels gooood.
