I've previously professed my admiration for Dear Creatures. And the Spring 2010 collection does not disappoint. This time, the inspiration was drawn from a 1964 French musical, Jacques Demy’s "The Umbrellas of Cherbourg". I confess, I haven't seen it yet. And I'm dying to. How could I resist watching the delightful young Catherine Deneuve singing down the streets in retro French fashion?
