Happy Cinco de Mayo weekend! Do you have any fiesta plans? I'll be taking a little drive down to Portland with some girlfriends. I've been working so hard lately, it will be a nice break.
This particular holiday always gives me warm fuzzies. Probably because of my fond memories of Mexico. I have visions of tacos with cilantro, Pacificos with lime, and chips with guac & cotija dancing in my head.
